Delete your A Roadmap account

This page is for users of the A Roadmap mobile app (listed on Google Play as A Roadmap - Learn anything). Use it to request that your account and associated data are deleted.

How to request deletion

Follow these steps:

1. Send an email to aroadmapp.app@gmail.com from the same email address used on your A Roadmap account.

2. Use the subject line: Delete my A Roadmap account.

3. In the message, include your account email and, if you remember it, the display name on your profile.

4. We will confirm the request and delete the account. Most requests are completed within 30 days.

You can also open Help in the A Roadmap app and ask us to delete your account.

What we delete

When we process your request, we delete:

• Your account identifiers (sign-in identity, Firebase user id)

• Email or phone number stored on the account

• Profile details (name, bio, interests, profile photo)

• Roadmaps and drafts you created

• Saves, bookmarks, and comments tied to your account

• Device tokens used for notifications

What we may keep, and for how long

We may keep limited records if the law requires it, or if we need them to complete a safety, fraud, or abuse investigation. Those records are kept only as long as needed for that purpose, then deleted or anonymized.

Product analytics that cannot identify you may remain after the account is gone. Public comments on other people’s roadmaps may be removed or shown as “Deleted user”.

If you signed in with Google or Apple, deleting your A Roadmap account does not delete your Google or Apple account. You can still remove A Roadmap from that provider’s connected-apps settings.
